Return, Exchange and refund policy
Returns & Exchanges:
Our products are handmade and made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product was physical damaged, defective or not as described.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including Face Masks, and Made to order products.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Custom Orders
- Made to Order Products including, print on demand products.
- Handcrafted Items
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items such as Face Mask.
To request a refund or exchange, we require the following:
Proof of purchase, typically the Order number and contact information will be sufficient. You can simply email us @email@example.com with your name, Order number, pictures if applicable and a brief description of the issue. Once your request has been submitted we will either send you a replacement item or refund.
